For private islands, the client is responsible for arranging boat transfers and, if necessary, overnight accommodations with their resort.
We seldom take breaks – even during dinner time we might only break for 10 minutes to grab a quick bite. We’re continually documenting and anticipating every moment happening on your special day. We photograph the main moments, candid moments, and in-between moments shared between the couple and guests. These are the things that make up the story of your day.
On average, we deliver 40 to 60 images per hour of photography coverage. The exact number depends on many things – how many details, guests, size of your bridal party etc… We will select, edit and deliver all the best and unique images we’ve captured of your vow renewal.
Images are delivered approx. 6 to 7 weeks after the event date via a private online gallery. You’ll be able to share, download, and print your images in both web and high-resolution size via the gallery.
A non-refundable retainer of 40% of the package rate is required to secure our photographer’s availability for your date. Payments are accepted via credit card or local bank deposit.
*In the event that your vow renewal is not able to happen on the reserved date, we allow you to reschedule to another mutually agreed-upon date.
A 40% retainer is required to secure the vow renewal date. The balance is due 15 days before the event day.
