For private islands, the client is responsible for arranging boat transfers and, if necessary, overnight accommodations with their resort.

Questions and Answers on reserving a date

We’d like to have the session at a Mayan Ruin. What are the requirements?

A photography permit from NICH is required to photograph at any Mayan ruin sites. The permit cost is US$100 per hour.
The permit must be obtained prior to the session. We can apply for it on your behalf for a small fee to cover the processing charges or you can apply for the permit by contacting NICH.

How many images do we get? Do we get to choose the images which are edited?

On average, we deliver 30 to 40 images per hour of photography coverage. We will select, edit and deliver all the best images captured throughout your session.

How and when will we receive our images?

Images are delivered 4 to 5 weeks after the session via a private online gallery. You’ll be able to share, download, and print your images in both web and high-resolution sizes via the gallery.

How do we reserve a date?

A non-refundable retainer of 40% of the package rate is required to secure our photographer’s availability for your date. Payments are accepted via credit card or local bank deposit.

*In the event that your session is not able to happen on the reserved date, we allow you to reschedule to another mutually agreed-upon date.

What is the payment schedule like?

A 40% retainer is required to secure the session date. The balance is due 15 days before the session.
